Hello everybody. I didn't know where can I post this so i decide here. My problem is when I log in my old account and then i try to connect i can't enter. It writes that "You cannot connect from this location". Please somebody tell what can I do for this .

If I'm right you have to enter your pin at channel select and give your computer acces for that location?

When your logging in please provide your pin on the pin access and check all the boxes that is necessary.

Okay but when I'm forget my PIN what can I do? Can I say in Administrators on PM for new PIN or say me my email because I forgot them too?

If you have forgotten your pin, you can acess it through your email. You will be given an automated changed pin on the email and it will be used to change your email or just keep it as is.

But in my old accounts I forgot my emails and now i can't log in them. So can I ask Admin to change my PIN if he can??
