Was the refining percentage lowered? 9 to 10 Calcite Tn from 80% is now down to 60%??

It varies among which item you are upgrading. Not all p2p items have the same % when upgrading even if it's the same ARMOR. But ofc, mask and wings are the easiest part to be upgraded. You can check between Winter Suit and other Armor and check the difference. I believe winter racing set has lower % of success.
