aha, that awful intel graphics bug. if i remember correctly there are known issues with intel graphics card built-in to a lappy running iroseph client. what you can do is, update the graphics card and your directx, this is not a 100% solution to your problem. if i remember it right, even dev tintin has this bug on one of her lappy's. next time you decided to grab a new unit look for nvidia or ati accelerated graphics card.

if you missed out the big patches/update, it is better to download the latest game client.

sorry we do not have a torrent link for any iroseph game client, what you can do is use a download manager, here's a few.

Firefox: DownThemAll Plugin
Any Browser: Internet Download Manager

it happens to me "dea" after being lazy copying the entire folder on my XP system coming from vista unit. -hehehe... unfortunately it didn't wok things out.. re-installing fix the problem..

aha, never happened to me on my xp virtual machine , good to know that this can cause some problems,

i think your game client is out of date, the updated version is 2.4.0.132. try to download the latest game client.

~most likely if you file a ticket, the admins will only provide hints for account details and such,.

~on our site, under "Recover PIN", a hint for email and mother's name is already given. if in any case those hints wont ring a bell, then a ticket would be your last hope to get more hints. but im definitely sure they wont give it outright.

~remember that iroseph online has no control nor authority to recover hacked/deleted email account on these entities yahoo mail, gmail, hotmail. each of those email providers has and have their own support. i rounded it up for you.

i never encountered this problem on the test forums and in here (main forums), one thing i can think of is, delete your browsing history, and check if you have the latest update for your internet browser, check as-well if java is turned on on your browser settings, i have tested the chat bar on ie9, FF, GC and opera,. all is working on my end.

most likely you have a corrupted download, try to re-download the game client and use a download manager.

i know this bug, and i received a couple of reports regarding this. i think it is when the patch was released certain icon sheet where not included on the patch, but most of the reports i heard is when they re-installed the game client they get that bug,. if im correct the available game client on our site download section is fully updated to patch # 2 and it should have the current icon sheets,. you may wanna try that.
