try and redownload the game client itself instead of just reinstalling it..
We really have no way of giving you tips on this one since nobody seems to have experienced what you're going through right now

dude, don't buy the gems from the item mall. most gems only cost around 350-400M which is only about 100DP..
it would be A LOT better if you'll skip the gem socketing part at the IM and just buy from other players..

It just means that the admin hasn't got a hold of the message yet.. .that's all.

by the time that the admin reads the ticket, it will be listed as filed..

try and ask for some buffs at junon polis. or use the fairy buffers..you really don't need a cleric buffer for particular quest since the mobs are not powerful enough to even hurt your avatar.

mr.anime44 is right.. the spawning of monster are fair. could it be possible that you are at the wrong section of the goblin cave to be having such a hard time on monster spawns?
