i encountered that too. i provided the full name of my mother on the ticket and say i forgot if i only put nickname or maiden name. the gm gave me a clue and my problem was solved

I also have a similar issue right now. I'm a returning player from way back and I already forgot my e-mail and only have my mother's name. I hope the gm will also give me a hint on what i'd put on it it could be saved.
