Help. I got disconnected yesterday then i can't log in anymore :/

maybe the person unchecked the pin access and now you cant log in because its now disabled to be logged in the charac with no pin now gm said its to much of abuse

U need to have pincode for acces of account i guess ur not owner of that account so u need to ask ur friend to give u acces , of u lost ur pincode and u need to make a ticket hehe

It just started, I was playing and then i got dc, so i try to log back in, then i get acces on my account, but when i try to use my character it just sayis ''waiting'' and it gets stuck there. so does other ppl have the same problem i do? or is it just me?
