WTF is this? it started 5:30am 8/29/12. i know even you guys know who did this you will not tell the players...... just fix this ASAP..............

A fix was applied for Account Access to remove computers that have been deleted by the account owner. You were probably removed a while ago so you can't log in anymore unless you have the pin code.

i became dc(server disconnect)??then when i try to open my acct again it said that i dont have anymore access in my acct??and then i try to enter my pin code but its incorrect?maybe i just forgot it??what happened??pls help?

just enter pin and access to your pc login again

tintin do you know what is the problem, the problem is the one who always updates this game, they should announce what ever they want to adjust in the game so that players will not ask why like this, why like that..........

There is server-down last night and now I cannot even access my two accounts. I was using the other one this morning at 5AM but was disconnected and now its is requiring pin codes which I already forgot. What the heck with all this mess? There's the IP address why can't the server determine where we access our accounts. We are not playing in shops so it was easy to determine if it is our or not and if other people were using said accounts can also be determine with the IP address which is different from the usual IP address being used. I know forgetting the pin code is our problem but please reply to our tickets also as we wish to play and upgrade our accounts too!

Hahaha there are also problem like creating new yahoo mail just to open a new account but later abandoned and forgot the passwords and usernames after making the accounts. So it would be a sorry loss for our donates once not activated. It is becoming complicated and things are not for fun anymore. When your having troubles like this, it creates more scorns on your face. Please simplify things and let everyone just be accountable to their own accounts by not letting others use them. Once a person entrust his account to other and they are hacked, that is there problem but making things complicated like these does not serve the purpose of this game. It should be fun!

how can you say its on the patch list, FYI i already have 2 accounts in game online when this thing happen, coz you don't know what we are talking about..........
