Can't ALT+TAB

Hello!

I have recently bought a new computer and since then I can't alt + tab or minimize the client without it displaying ERROR. Irose has been terminated due to error, and closing the client.

What do I do?

Just to point out:

I have tried reinstalling the game once, both times installed in : /D

I have ran all the compatibility options, and ran the client in Admin mode.

I have Installed both Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package, as well as Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package.

This error doesn't show on other servers, as I downloaded a few to test it out, the error only shows up on IrosePH.
I really like this server, as it offers both quick leveling and a large, variable community, so I would hate to have to relocate. Please help a brother out!
