You can only change your old email account if that one is still active.
We do not exchange inactive email account/s for security purposes.

Like I said your email account has to be active, you do not remember it so it means we do not exchange your email account on your game account.

You need to file a ticket for you to recover some account information such as; Pin, Mother's name and Email.

In case you forgot your PIN and wanted to reset it, you will need to post a ticket regarding on lost Pin code and you will need to fill up information / answer some questions to prove that it is your account.

Same procedure if you are trying to recover the Mother's Name and Email. Post a ticket, fill up some information / answer questions.

And if you wanted to change your account Email, the account Email must be active. You will need it for confirmation in order to have your in-game account email change.

Pretty much, why don't you write it on a sticky note or write it down on a piece of paper knowing you will be coming back?
