Rightclick RoseOnline.exe -> Run as Adminstrator.

i already fix it but still there's a problem some file are missing after i patch it
3DDATA\AI\PKCHESS.aip
3DDATA\AI\PKLUNACFB1.aip
these are the missing file or not found

You'll have to reinstall the game to fix that, but you can just ignore the errors for .aip files.
