I know that I should submit a ticket but I'm just wondering if how many hours/days usually the support team/mods/gms check your submitted ticker? I already submitted a ticket still no response

I filed a ticket about my expired email so i can't reset my pin but it got solved in 1 day. Filed. July 1 afternoon and got solved by july 2. You just need to have to answer some questions from the team.

Usually takes a minimum 3days to 1year.

3days is already long enough but a year that doesn't sounds right lol i guess I can wait its only the 2nd day I hope i can get answers tomorrow im just worried cause I wasted money on that account :s

Only account recovery takes a while but normal account issues get mostly solved with in a week.
Asya does account issues and is mostly available for a hour per day from monday to friday.
I'm answering bug issues and related stuff.
