Window 8.1 cannot install Iroseph completely

This all my SS problem on installing Iroseph and after the second time download also still same result.first pic is after I install
1.jpg 183.31K 20 downloads
2nd is after i update the patch
2.jpg 131.49K 18 downloads
and the other is when i try to open Irose and to check the other problem. 3.jpg 155.35K 12 downloads 10707393_844875948878176_2015919099_o.jpg 182.6K 7 downloads

Try to "Run as Administrator".

Try to copy the iROSEph folder in other partitions of your hard disk., My folder is just located on the desktop and works fine every patch.

Yes, Kir's posts should be enough to fix it.
"The requested operation requires elevation" means you you must run it as Administrator. It doesn't have enough permissions to create or download files.
Even as Administrator it can give problems inside Program Files, so just reinstall it to C:\iRosePH\ for example.

I've got windows 8.2 and it works fine.
