GM can't do anything about borrow it's entirely your fault

Actually GM's cannot do anything about it since it is a tradable item. You should be more responsible in lending off your items to other people, he/she may be your Friend but they might use that advantage to scam you.

That's what i just said, gm cant do anything about it because its your own responsibility. Taking items without notice or stealing item from other people is a crime but letting people borrow it isnt, because your letting a total stranger borrow your gem.
