Dear players,

As we are aware some players are requesting to change their email that's connected to their current account.
We offer you the chance to change your email once, however inactive email accounts will not be changed.
Read this carefully!

Step 1 - Make a ticket.

Ticket Department: Account Problem

We always need the basic information to handle your ticket, always write down the following information.
User name:
Mother name:
Email:
Pincode:

New email:
Reason request:

Step 2 - Sending an email to gmkyros@irosephonline.com or gmramzes@irosephonline.com

To confirm if you're the official owner of the mentioned account write an email that is currently connected to the mentioned account.

Example:
The email will be send from (Your old email) to gmkyros@irosephonline.com or gmramzes@irosephonline.com
If you would have written an email from (Your new email) to gmkyros@irosephonline.com or gmramzes@irosephonline.com, your email change will be declined!


The email will look like this,
From: (Your old email)
Send to: gmkyros@irosephonline.com or gmramzes@irosephonline.com 
Subject: Email request change.

Ticket Number:
User name:
Mother name:
Email:
Pincode:

New email:
Reason request:
  • You may only change your email once.
  • It's important to keep your email active as it's the most important connection to your in-game account.
  • If you have donated to your account in the past, we may also ask for a donation receipt.
  • We may decline your "email change request" if we have any doubts.
