Try to use RoUpdate and then open the patcher again.

my patch is already complete but why when i log in my account Game update is required.Run roseonline.exe to patch. everytime I run it it will always appear patching is complete. -.-

i can't login im getting msg. YOU HAVE NO ACCESS FROM THIS LOCATION

Your irose isnt good patched Re-Download it from the site http://irosephonline.../downloads.html
