Stairs Bug

there is a guy in our clan who cant walk up steps in the game or up high hills. he has restarted the game, restarted computer, doesnt matter. when he tries to walk up steps or a hill it pushes him back down to the bottom. and he gets stuck in areas and cant go anywhere.
any help? thanks

My self I never encountered all stairs or hills, only the once in example oro.

hmm yeah seems to be every set of steps in the game everywhere he gets stuck on them. his char name = rafiki anyways. if someone has time to go check it out can see what its like for him. makes it impossible to play the game

I am having problems with prison stairs in oro sometimes i get stuck sometimes i dont.

just walk with 200 mspeed, (by ticking the 'Tab' button on your keybord ) =P

try Walking or Run side by side.. "ZigZag"

u got problems because u lag alot.. i dont have any lag and i even climb oro stairs with 800speed and with 2.5k speed and with cart...

that's a super annoying bug! Those damn Oro ones take forever to walk up xD

Use TAB to walk and enjoy your view of oro hahaha

It only happens for some people, I never have this problem and my net / computer is of high quality and running smooth, however my friend who had this problem is playing on this:
so maybe its hardware/latency related
