i have read the minimum and recommended it says that "Memory XP/Vista/7" however I am using windows 8. does that affect my problem? can we say that the reason I cant complete the patch is because I am using windows 8?

i don't know about windows 8, but try to run the roupdate.exe at the installation folder of iroseph. This works at windows 7 if you got stacked at patching

Yeah, just drag the roupdate to the client when minr doesnt update automatically. But after I did it, it patched.
:P and I wont think windows 8 wouldnt patch it. If it doesnt try to go on the properties and change the pack or something to window xp starter pack 300 or windows 8.

But it's useless having to buy windows 8 and now he needs to downgrade it for a game, rather just change the compatibility to windows 7 or XP.
