what's a good skill build for mage? when i started playing again i noticed the skills were very different O_O

I am surprise, str/int/sen/con are now SKILL. Hehe
you do not need to budget your skill point because when you reach 255 your skill point is enough for all skill of mage and muse.
If you are low level focus on aoe skill for levelling.
Then when you max your level, you will need the rigjt combo and build to won 1vs1
