It's determined by the current cost of the item. Perhaps there was a price change.

you need pin code.. it has no default password. If still ask you the pin code, it only means that someone know your username/password then put its on pincode after the hunter patch last january 2012. If you are the real owner, you can file a ticket, you need to tell them your account details like.. mothers name, email add,

The verification message is a bug because your client is not updated. You don't have to verify.
Run the launcher as administrator.

Current version is 2.5.2.137, check in the bottom right of your login screen.

The downside of the new p2p disassemble... you can't buy Donation Coupons from credit points that you will get after disassembling the item(s).
