Today I went back to play iRosePH, and already came across a big difference, when I enter the game Pin the guy asks, Well I know the Pin No, I want you to help me solve this problem.

does your account locked? it is much better if you file a ticket regarding your issue. if you want to reset your PIN, file a ticket stating your issue then give the ff info:

You will have to be patient and what for a GM/Admin to reply to your ticket.
