for gems i suggest a mix of Aquamarine and Jade to balance your Dex,Int and Sen.

dual blade AP is lower than Katar so better use Katar than blade
Blade + 3 AtkS and Katar +5 AtkS higher than Blade dmg
Blade + 3 AtkS and Katar +5 AtkS higher than Blade dmg

Use katar fast attack speed and better use aqua and int dex con sen type
