u can farm it , in luna p5 , monster to kill is basilic and need low lvl of course

if you you can also diassemble an item i forgot the name but it is an suit for muse level 120 with white and blue color.. dropped in luna if im right its angels bonnet, angel boots angel suit..
mostly it dropped by dreatnought or king dreadnought on freezing field.

I think the gloves and the bonnet have more Etil.
Be sure to repair them first before disassembling
