thank you Kyros and Asya for being only 4days at forum looking each day at the ticket system and answering people who made tickets just as me but i dont get a simple answer thanks alot for the best of u

We did not answer your ticket because we forwarded it to tintin as we think he should handle this ticket.
Even so a ticket can't always be solved nor answered with in 5 minutes since there are alot of more tickets to be solved...
