The send PIN doesn't work

Hello guys,
Im a returning player and i tried to recieve my old account. Everything went smooth except the inserting my new recieved PIN. I inserted (dummy) three times the code that was send to my email and i got blocked. I would like to get help with this problem ASAP because i want to know if my old account is still high lvl. Thanks in advance!
