Update failed

Hello fellow players,
I'm having some problems using client on another pc, rose always worked fine on my (slower) laptop but on my pc I keep getting:"update failed! Close iroseph before updating" can anyone tell me how to fix this??
Forgot to mention that when I press play I get the error:"TRose. Exe not found"
