hi. im an old player wanting to return playing. I have to accounts.
I can access the other, but the other one isn't.
Is there any way to retrieve even just the username? all I cn remember is the charcter's name.

File a Ticket ! then wait for 10 years to reply on your Ticket ! Then, they cannot Retrieve your Accounts same as me ! They will tell you it's Active ! bla bla bla ! Say Good Bye to your Money !

just file a ticket tell them your character's name they will give you hints of your username email and mother's name
