Hi Staff, I'm trying to Reset the Status Points of my Characters and this is the First Time i will use the Reset Status Points in Zant on NPC Named "Cheney" but when i go there and talk to the NPC name "Cheney" it said i need to go to the Prince of ORO "Osiris" to reset my Character there, but when i go there still i cannot reset my Status Points ?

Note : all of my Characters not yet Reset before, so i confuse why i cannot use the Reset in Zant and Oro ?

You must have 80m zulie in your inventory to reset stat points and only 25m if skills.

If that's not the case, I guess you already did use reset stat or skill before.

I have more than 80m even for Oro Reset, what does it mean ? 1 Account 2 Reset only ? not 1 Character can Reset twice ? BTW i didn't Reset any of my Character, so I'm Confuse why i cannot use Reset for Status Points/Skills ?

Reset from Cheney is 80m for stat points, 25m for skills.
If it will be for Oro, the required amount of zulie is 150m and 10 oro shards.

i have billion of zulies in my account lol, so what does it mean ? still the Reset Stats/Skills are bug.

i have 3 chars on the same account wherein this 3 chars used the stats reset from zant and oro just tried it this year.
and followed up by my bourg (same account) whom i just reset its stats last week...so i do believe its still working not bug at all
base on my assumptions, you might have accidentally click stats/skills reset w/o noticing it OR you've already used the given resets before
if what i said are baseless assumptions since i guess you've tried testing resets alot just to make it happen but it didnt work xD....then you might try to make some tickets here on forum and ask for help from the Devs and staffs...............

There is currently an issue with the stat/skill reset from Osiris from Heliopolis, it got bugged after I changed some lines in the npc script to prevent players choosing the wrong option.
Cheney in Canyon City of Zant seems to work like it is supposed to work, you can only do the reset ones at Cheney and ones at Osiris per character.

Well I checked one of your characters WyndRyder did stat reset @Cheney on 2017-01-26.

I also tried it twice on other characters and it also worked.
