im new to this server and havent played rose in a couple of years. could you guys help me make a raider(katar) that has A LOT of movement speed and attack speed (priority on mspeed) and decent attack power for PVE? im willing to drop some cash on the server if it grants me access to better items and what not. i just wanna feel like im supercharged so if you guys could tell me which stats, armour sets, gems, etc i should be aiming for, i would very much appreciate it. thanks for the input and i hope to see you online
