Are there some players experiencing delays? Like 2-3 secs to activate skills and to walk?

Check your internet connection.

I think it's not our internet connection. I asked some friends and they are experiencing it too. But some are not.

Maybe there is a problem between the server and the internet connection they are using. Possible if all of you are using same connection.
I have no problem in delays using GLOBE LTE even at lowest signal.

The default DNS is usually default to google, 8.8.8.8

im experiencing those delays too but my internet is good
