From Tyrant of level 112 and Boulder First of level 205
These can be found on Arumic Valley (after killing Tyrant Warship) and Heliopolis.

just hit the crystal spawn at arumic valley....then if you keep hitting it, it would spawn monsters and those monsters are the one who will drop dual tornado rifles
