Is it possible to transfer items to another account? If possible please teach me how.thanks

2. If account bound, take IM items for example, you can do it via character transfer but you need to pay with the amount of 500 Php or about $11 (not possible with DPs). Put the items on the character to be transferred. You can message tintin to do the process. If it's still not processed within 24-48 hours, you can file a ticket regarding the character transfer.
- You are required to give the necessary information of the account for the character to be processed

How about i forgot those information? I only remember user, pass, pin because i created the account many years ago. So i want to transfer it to new account with full info. Is it possible? Thanks

No that’s not possible. It’s only possible to transfer the account if you have the full details of that account to avoid fake players from saying it’s them who owns it which isn’t theirs from the start.

If you want to transfer account bound items you can only do it by using character transfer.

Character transfer will be processed with in 24 ~ 48 hours or less.
