Hey is there a forum post on locations and level ranges for best level farming areas?
Also guides on where to farm for item drops?

try to search it here on forum just type it...enter ...then click those relevant related topics that best suits what you really wanted to know 
there are alot of posted guides here on forum actually but ofcourse no one will reply and link those topics to you one by one
if you arent a donator word hard farm at prison r3 loot equipments sell them and earn atleast 1.2-1.4billion buy 300dp and buy one premium tools like premium axe/pickaxe/shovel whatever u like
if you are a donator then just easily buy those 3 premium tools and farm everwhere and sell the mats to players
