I no longer have access to my email, and I do not even remember it. Can you change?

If you forgot your details, dont have access to your email. you cant change your Email or password until you remember it. To change email you need the email to be active and you still have access to it.
You can make a ticket and try and retrieve the email by helping you remember it but thats all they can do
