Best Gems for Knight?

I remember when rubies were the way to go but now I'm not so sure? Onyx? Anything else I should be considering? TIA

FOR DAMAGE (your damage is your main set, be sure to have both hit and ap str items)
- Cassiterite for your accessories, weapon and shield.
- Quartz 7 for set, wings and mask
FOR DODG (this is optional. Good for clashing, so you wont get killed easily etc.)
- Citrines 7s and 9s for all items (Weapon and shield is optional, it's up to you if you want to go full dodge, doesn't matter)

Well, there’s a lot you can do with knights and I can do it all with my knight even with a single base build.
