Ended the Item Mall sale
Added the free name change for players who had their name changed by a name reclaim.
Fixed the achievements for Ulverick kill and Draconis dragon kill
Applied an experimental fix for the resurrection bug in wars
Fixed a bug in the new Lock Window Size option when minimizing
Fixed a bug in the shop titles and chat popups for some players
Fixed a bug in the quick dragging shortcut with regards to selling to NPCs
Added the current number of group members on the Arena Group dialog
Added cooldown seconds on skill icons
Shortcut keynames on the hotkey bars are dimmed while the skill is unavailable
Crafting materials are now displayed with dimmed icons that can be added to your buylist
Fixed the game freeze with the Junon Cartel scoreboard
Adjusted the chat move icon to fade in to make it impossible to accidentally drag the chat
Disabled the attach command in nonpk maps
Fixed a bug in /attach that could make your client error if the targetted player teleported
You can now use the ESC button to detach
Fixed the Junon Cartel Elo calculation, you will now lose less points for getting repeatedly killed by the same player, just as the killer gains less points for killing the same enemy. All ELOs have been reset to 1500.
Lowered the HP of the Panxer
Panxer has been moved to the Junon Cartel on weekdays, and will still spawn in TG on weekends
Panxer gem drops have been improved
Added set bonuses on the costumes from 1v1 events
Added some new vending shop appearances
Increased the offline vending duration in Eldeon to 48 hours
Fixed the background music in TG and Junon Cartel
Fixed some more item icons
Fixed the Normal Attack skill to work in pvp
Fixed the Screenshot key

There was already a change two weeks ago to make the runes easier. If you lose the upgrade you don't lose the whole stat anymore.

I have +10 and +11 set with random stat.
It is NOT ECONOMICAL for me to use expensive Expunger just to change the prestige to my desired stat.
Please return the old system or compensate for this. You didnt even have a warning that this will happen.

There will still be a solution for those who have items at +10/+11 with the old random prestige.

You say you're helping the economy with prestige in honest sense. It's ruining the gameplay. Blue rocks is higher enough already it's suppose to be. Now you making us donate more to add 3 prestige on one item. The old system of Prestige is better than the current one.

To be honest I like the system how it is now. Only downside is that it feels harder to upgrade than before.

I believe the new system makes more sense. No random stat makes it more fair, and you have to upgrade your stat instead of putting a rune on each refine attempt. You have to think about your build and item stat earlier on instead of being able to change it on every refine.
It's a bit more expensive but that's one of the issues that still can be improved by making runes easier to obtain.
