Fixes:

Fixed some more icons
Steampunk bow was in the wrong hand
Plant on eldeon was dropping junon mats
Weapon costume gem is back to how it was
Activated some new achievements
Removed the buff nerf in snowflake arena
Fixed a bug with buylist stackable items not getting saved
Fixed two dungeon wings that were being dropped slotted. They should not have a slot.
Normalized the Refining chance on Item Mall armors and backitems to remove the inconsistencies between old and new items.
Fixed a bug with the Deathmatch timer.
Fixed a number of bugs in the Betting system with refunds and confusing whispers.
Increased the HP of Panxer

There was no bug in the refining itself, if it showed you 50% it really was 50%. But some new items had a far lower difficulty which made them extremely easy to refine.
Some older IM items are now easier, while some will be harder.

Or you could overlap the gem glow of your costume weapon (if it has a gem).
