Run administrator try update again

even i run as admin it always says server offline

I suggest to reinstall the the game and restart your modem.

Open it, put 192.99.150.29 in the Host box and click Start. If it works make a screenshot and send it to me.
Sometimes one of the tools will not work, so try both of them.


If it still doesn't work we can try teamviewer.

www.winmtr.net is running while sourceforge.net is not (unable to get raw socket!)
