Can't reach cave of Ulverick

i am 255 , for levelling up to 275
whenever I try to go near the entrance of cave of ulverick in desert of the dead , the game gets and i have to restart the game.
pls check upon this

You need to form a party of 3 ~ 5 players .. Join all in group through Alt + G .. Then choose on demand ( Cave of Ulverick ) then click on join queue .. A pop-up notification will appear to all of you to enter the cave, and you'll be teleported to the cave ... Good luck

after we get into a party what should we do to get there pls tell..

You can join it from the Game Arena by making a group (not party). You don't have to go to the Cave of Ulverick in DOD.
