Booster coupon 2nd job change

I used the booster coupon code to get a character started. However I noticed I couldn't choose from any of the 4 new classes?
I can only choose from 8 2nd jobs instead of the 12 available on the server?

The 4 new classes are categorized as 3rd job. As your thread title says, "2nd job change" which doesn't include 3rd job. You can buy 3rd job coupon at Item Mall that costs 400 IM points.
