i forgot the pins for 2 accounts, can somebody help me please. i tried in the website , i put my mothers name but it is wrong .. my accounts are old, last year i successfully opened it but i reformatted my pc thats why it required the pin again

anyone please? i jusst want to know if it is possible to open them, because i want to check if there are some valuable stuff on those accounts. if not so leave it i have a new account

Please try making a ticket, and provide all the info you remember there. I'm sure they will help you in recover your accounts
