For some what reason, the accessories which gives 30/50+c9 = dex=23 but the set 30/50+c7 = 25

extra upgrade will give u extra dr.
+15 armor = 6 dr more than +9 armor.
+11 armor = 2 dr more than +9 armor.

the extra dr won't be shown. but there is still 3dr difference between +9 45dr and +12 45dr items.
