Yesterday morning when I woke up, I saw the new patch with the 50% sale. I rushed to the nearest smart money padala to donate 1.5k pesos. After 1 hour the DP arrives and i bought some new stuff and go offline again. When I opened my char again I saw the old p2p i have because of the Rollback. It was okay for me but when I checked my Item Mall I don't have the Donation Coupon I donated for. I hope the GM, Staffs, Admin will have a quick solution for this because I donated because of the discount and it is unfair if I will recover the DP i donated for when the sale is over. I hope for your kind consideration. Btw i already filed a ticket for this. I am just very worried that my DP will come when the sale is over. Thanks alot.

I don't know if it's allowed but maybe you can email donate@irose....... again to inform them of this issue.
