libcef.dll problem since last update

I recently installed iRoseph client, then when it finished patching and clicked the play button on the launcher, it just closed automatically. And then I tried to open the Trose.exe I am getting this message
I googled and downloaded that libcef.dll and placed it in the main folder of iRoseph, I got this another error
Then I looked the technical problem guide here http://www.irosephon...nical-problems/, but my pc have all the visual c++ packages installed because other software requires them, I also think my rig is quite capable of running iRose because I used to play last year I think and now I'm planning to get back again and these problems showed. My friend is getting this error too since the last update. We will truly appreciate your help guys. Thanks!
