Now i know (after doing the quest and seeing i wasted my time) that the quest its not do-able. So im posting to prevent to others this bug and hoping the Snowboard Coupon item is removed from the droping tables in Santa's Planetoid

Good initiative. I also did the quest 2 days ago only to get stuck at the "have the blank snowboard painted by Cassirin" part.
