downloads: 84 - - - this vendor was selling an explorer shoes that cost 200M and I bought it because the other vendor (2nd captured image) was buying same shoes that cost 250M. but when I selling the shoes to his vend buylist nothing happen. please GM I need some action here so that there's no more to be a victim.

Your case is the same as this one: Buy and Sell Scam. I don't think it's scam but rather a lowly trick to earn money. Charge it to experience, perhaps...? You should have already suspected that the said "Buy and Sell" transaction is somewhat dodgy based on the item and the price alone. I've been trying to sell explorer shoes with good stats for the past couple of weeks (for only 300-600K) and yet, no one seems interested in buying them. How much more if I'm going to sell the said item for 200 mil?

As much as I want to sympathize with the victims of this Buy and Sell modus operandi, I can't because it only takes common sense to determine that the whole business is shady.

Those sleazy Buy and Sell vendors are surely laughing their butts off for blindsiding players.

Yeah, it's really necessary to do something about buy items within full bag. Just beware with these guys.
One more tricker for you appreciation, I just saw him doing it right now and could see that they used also the same item to link at buy/sell, so be carefull!

Its really annoying to see this guy doing that thing. It's ok that all the players need to watch out about these stupid prices, but some new ones can afford with it, so...
Right now the same guy is selling Astaroth Wing by 200m and his another vend is buying it for 250m, the same guy I got SS above. It means that someone bought his Panda Bag by 200m... Another victim.

We will not refund anything to the vendors who bought items in his/her shop.
However since this scum is going on with this trick both his account/s have been perm banned.
