GM! i can use my lovecall skill for 1 time only then i need to reconnect my chars and my soulmate to work again.. pls fix!

I think this is true actually since I somehow can't use it after I used it once. Never really cared much but now I think of it, it actually is exactly what happens to me too!

Try leaving the group, I believe it should work.

No, when I'm using my soulmate skill (remove debuffs+3 seconds stealth) also works for only 1 time. Then I have to reconnect to use it again. Same with love seeker etc. Beside of that, you don't even get a stealth for 3 seconds so this description is wrong.
