hi GM i cannot disassemble my p2p mount eagle but yesterday i only saw 175point when diassembling it then now cannot disassemble

Try opening Item Mall before disassembling.

If you still can't it's eitherway a bug or they made it not disassemble-able.

What do you mean with just 175 points? You are aware that dissambled donations will only refund 50% credit points?

sir see my ticket #5936 i have screenshot there proof that when i try to disassemble it only cost 175points, i have screenshot there

@GM KYROS only close the duplicate ticket but didnt answer.

Your other ticket is still open, no need to make duplicate tickets.
The mount became less worth since you combined the 3 parts to the new type of mounts.

Item mall items can change with in time and it was your own choice to combine it to the new mount type, you also could dissamble it to credit points which you didn't.

I'm sorry but we can't do anything about this.
Prizes of item mall items can become lower with in a certain time.
