I was thinking if its possible here. this idea was like in other game called aura kingdom.
after gaining 2nd job.. people got more choice to go 3rd job or to get another 2nd job(but skills now are weaker to make it somehow balanced)

So what? there will be a mage in the Game arena with full self buffs, or a knight with maxed leap attack and having champion hit? need more for example? this suggestion isnt good.
