i download iroseph all over again i click to install and when it open after telling me choose language it say must open as adminstor i clicked open as adminstor and it still do the same problem help me please

say u must be logged as administor how do i do that?

Left click run as administrator, or maybe you're not on the administrator account if you have two accounts..

yeah since i got that virus he blocked all my access to pc allows so my friend come to me today we format pc and install new windows 7
