NEED ADDED INFORMATION REGARDING IM SET BOXES

Hi,
I just want to ask..if i buy the Bereaucrats Set Box for 800 IM points, will i still get the same upgrades and statuses of the individual Bereaucrats set pieces worth 225 IM? (+9, Attack Power 40, INT 30)..or will i get random stats and random upgrades/sockets as descripted on the Set Box??

same stats, but the items maybe not slotted and slotted thats why its cheap
